Greater Dayton Construction is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced office.
Typical hours are: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Qualified candidates should have the following skills: * Experience as an office Administrative Assistant in a professional office environment * Excellent computer skills with a strong working knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft
suite of products; specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. * Ability to understand detailed estimates, contracts and office administration principles * A professional, positive and pleasant attitude
* A high level of customer service * Must demonstrate a team-oriented attitude and be willing to go the 'extra mile' with clients and
coworkers * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Excellent phone skills, with the ability to direct calls quickly and accurately
* Ability to greet guests and assist them in a timely and attentive manner
